Nice complementary drinks on arrival and the view from the room was breathtaking. Good location close to hot springs and attractions. Enjoyed the indoor heated pool.
The spa was dirty and the pool had a lot of mist. the beds were uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin, could hear everything including snooring and footsteps from other rooms.
